What are Legacy Characters[]
Character created during or after Chapter 3 are considered Rune Age characters. Due to the progression system present after Chapter 3.
Characters created prior to the Rune Tablets are normally considered Legacy characters. And it is possible that there are huge differences in power level when comparing characters of bothe eras.
Characters that were created prior to the Rune Age, but were altered to incorporate the Rune Tablets are not considered Legacy, but are instead treated as Rune Age characters.
